  • What is a freehold and lease hold property?
    Freehold is the property doesn’t have a time of ownership. It can be used and utilised by the owner indefinitely.

    Leasehold properties are properties that can be used only for a fixed period of time. Usually it is fixed at 99 years. After that the ownership of the property goes to the government.

    All properties sold by D2S ventures are Freehold properties.
  • How do I transfer money to Malaysia if I am buying the property?
    Your banker will have a forex branch who will help to transfer the funds. It’s a hassle free process and D2S will give full assistance
  • Can I visit the property directly before buying?
    Yes. D2S arranges for a site visit to Malaysia upon making a booking token of INR 2 lakhs. If the customers decides to buy the property the two lakhs will be deducted from the buying price. So the travel to Malaysia can be considered as a complementary service.
  • How much money I can make through rental income?
    The developer gives a guaranteed return of 6% per annum as rental income. If the apartment is purchased for 1 crore, customer will get INR 50,000 as monthly rental income.
  • Who will maintain the property?
    The developer themselves have a subsidy company who will maintin the property on your behalf. You can just enjoy peacefully and get your ROI.
  • Who will furnish the apartment? Should I visit Malaysia and do all the furnishing work?
    No hassle. All the apartments are completely furnished with world class appliances just like a Five star hotel room.
  • What is the price range of the property?
    Prices starts from INR 90 lacs and goes up to INR 5 crores.
  • Should I pay the entire amount at a stretch?

    This is a freehold property and you have all the rights to hold the property at your discretion. Developer gives it as an additional service and there is no compulsion on this aspect.
  • What is the tax structure in Malaysia compared to India?
    Malaysia has only stamp duty which is around 3% of the total purchase price. India’s tax rates are between 20% to 30% depending on the state. This includes GST Registration fees and stamp duty.
